【部門紹介】

光工場(山口県)エンジニアリング部は、医薬品製造工場の設備(建築、機器、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施し光工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル(導入立上げ・運用・更新)を支えている部門です。

光エンジニアリング部のオートメーショングループでは、光工場の工場データサイエンス、ビジネスエクセレンスチームと共同でデジタル(DX)化を推進しています。本ポジションは、豊富なご経験をいかしてGMP製造とマニュファクチャリングシステムにおけるエンジニアリングベストプラクティスを確立していただきます。

【職務内容】

  • Consuming systems that require shop floor data (e.g. MES, historians, data analytics suites, internal/external clouds gateway) using harmonized and seamless integration techniques to improve availability of shop floor data.

  • Introduce and utilize the Standard Automation Integration Layer (SAIL) in cooperation with the solution/system engineer of the field system and the technical owner of the consumption system, and implement the introduction and operation improvement of the data historian.

  • Responsible for executing and adhering to pharmaceutical change control standards and policies.

  • Responsible for creating and modifying system specifications and standard operating procedures for the systems supported.

  • Contribute to developing improved and robust control system strategies for manufacturing processes.

  • Required to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.

  • 製造現場データの利用可能性を向上させるために、調和されたシームレスな統合技術を用いて製造現場データを必要とする消費システム(例:MES、ヒストリアン、データアナリティクススイート、内部/外部クラウドへのゲートウェイ)へ提供する。

  • 現場システムのソリューション/システムエンジニア及び消費システムのテクニカルオーナーと連携し標準オートメーション統合レイヤー(Standard Automation Integration Layer – SAIL)を導入・活用、データHistorianの導入・運用改善を実施する。

  • 医薬品製造のための変更管理に関する基礎概念を遵守し実行する責任を持つ。

  • システム関連の仕様、SOPの制改訂をサポートする。

  • 生産プロセスに対する最適で堅牢な制御システムの導入立案に貢献する。

  • 最小限の助言によって計画を立案し、目標を達成できる経験と判断能力が要求される。

【必須要件】

  • At least 7 years’ experience in Automation system engineering

  • Must have business level of English/Japanese verbal communication ability and reading/ writing skills in English/Japanese

  • 7年以上のオートメーションシステムエンジニアの経験

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

  • 日本語によるコミュニケーション、リーディング・ライティングのスキル

【望ましい要件】

  • At least +10 years experiences of engineering in pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience of MES, Historian and UPI implementation

  • People and organization management experience

  • Experience of working in overseas countries

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree of Engineering

  • 10年以上の製薬業界におけるエンジニアリングの経験

  • MES、ヒストリアン、UPIの経験

  • 組織人材管理の経験(チームリーダーの経験など)

  • 海外勤務経験

  • 工学系の学士もしくは修士

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
